Moto AI: From Beta to Launch

01 - The Problem 🧩

As Motorola entered the AI space, the challenge wasn’t just what to launch, but how to tell the story. We had to build trust from the ground up, shaping a narrative that positioned Moto AI as evolving yet dependable, smart yet approachable.

02 - The StrategyĀ šŸŽÆ

I was part of the Moto AI journey from day one, helping shape the way we spoke about a product that didn’t fully exist yet, and evolving that narrative into a global launch.

Phase 1: Beta Program 🧪

  • Develop a clear, trustworthy messaging strategy for the beta rollout.

  • Work closely with software, UX, and product marketing teams to align copy with actual AI functionality.

  • Craft engaging copy to attract early adopters, communicate limitations, and set the stage for ongoing updates.

Phase 2: Moto AI 2.0 LaunchĀ šŸš€

  • Lead content strategy and write all copy for the official Moto AI page, making AI approachable and useful for everyday users.

  • Shift the tone from experimental to confident while introducing new features in a way that was digestible, helpful, and human.

03 - The SolutionĀ āœ…

Across both phases, I delivered:

  • A messaging foundation for an evolving AI product—from beta introduction to mass-market relaunch

  • Landing page copy for both beta and final launch (see live Moto AI website →)

  • Feature storytelling that demystified AI and focused on real-world use cases

  • Content flows for email, web, and in-product messaging

  • Live Moto AI demos at the April 2025 launch event, helping press and media explore the product firsthand
